Leadership Exchange: Learning from the Experiences of Others
|
Only those who have learned to recognize, appreciate and apply their own viewpoint and resources, along with those of others in a group situation will be good managers in the long term and an invariable asset to companies. |
What is group coaching?
Participants of similar professional status and experience in a group headed by an experienced, professional coach jointly deal with management situations and problems that they encounter in their daily working lives.
What groups are addressed?
The Leadership Exchange Program is offered to three separate groups:
- First-time managers
- Long-time managers
Participants are offered diverse learning and development opportunities in all three groups.
Looking beyond
The big advantage of this kind of group coaching is that in a group situation, it is easier to perceive what behavior can lead to professional problems and identify options for change. This eases the burden, while extending one's own options for taking action.
New strategies for successful management
The Leadership Exchange aims primarily at jointly working on behavioral situations. The coach analyzes various situations with the group that participants have experienced and works out various strategies for dealing with the issue. Everyday situations are also a part of group coaching, in which practical and successful communication is the focus.
Making top managers out of good managers
Many companies send their managers to weekend seminars and wonder why the effect is so short-lived. In the Leadership Exchange Program, von Rundstedt HR Partners aims at achieving long-term effects. Coaching generally consists of eight 4-hour sessions within a year, as well as a one-day kick-off meeting.
